Refund Policy

At Curiobit® Technologies Private Limited ("Curiobit®"), we want you and your child to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us within this 7-day window.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The book must be in its original condition - unused, undamaged, and with all packaging intact
• The digital access card (if included) must be unscratched and unused
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• You must provide the order ID and reason for return

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. In such cases:

• We will arrange a free return pickup at no cost to you
• You will receive a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference
• Damaged/defective claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

• Products with the digital access card scratched or redeemed
• Products showing signs of use or damage by the buyer
• Products returned after the 7-day return window

6. Return Shipping

For standard returns (non-defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, Curiobit will cover the return shipping costs and arrange pickup where possible.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy above.
