Shipping Policy

At Curiobit® Technologies Private Limited ("Curiobit®"), we want to get the Curiobit Concise Encyclopedia into your child's hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (Pan-India delivery). We do not offer international shipping at this time. We plan to expand to international markets in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. There are no hidden charges - the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Processing time: 1 business day
  • Delivery time: 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Total estimated time: 4-7 business days from order placement

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical disruptions. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take an additional 2-3 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message containing:

  • A tracking number for your shipment
  • A link to track your package in real time
  • The estimated delivery date

You can also contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID to get the latest status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Our shipping partners include leading courier services with proven track records for reliability.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

  • Your order has not arrived within 10 business days of placement
  • The tracking information has not updated for 3+ days
  • Your package arrived damaged (please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged items)
  • You received an incorrect product

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Curiobit is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately - we will try to update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
